At Fowler High Precision, we stand behind the accuracy and quality of our tools; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any precision instruments back to our facility.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all calibration certificates, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and send the package via a traceable carrier to our designated returns center.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the tool for damage and verify its condition; approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
